A mobile phone is something we all take for granted and so is our monthly bill. Shopping around for the best pay as you go or contract deals is definitely worth doing as you can often shrink your bills or find a plan that offers a lot more for your money than your current provider.
If you’re with Tesco Mobile and wish to cancel, follow these steps:
- Call 0345 301 4455 or 4455 from your Tesco Mobile and request to cancel your account.
- If you’re moving to another network and wish to keep your existing number you will need a PAC code. Text ‘PAC’ to 65075 for free from your Tesco Mobile phone. This will enable them to send a PAC code which you’ll need for your new network to retain your number.
- If you’re moving to another network and wish to get a new number from them, simply text ‘STAC’ to 75075 for free. You’ll receive a STAC code which will enable your new network to generate a different number for you.
